Car Heater Not Working
I ran into a frustrating issue this winter. My car warms up normally, but the air coming from the vents barely gets warm even after driving for a while. On colder mornings it makes the drive pretty uncomfortable, and the windshield takes forever to clear up. I’m not sure if it’s something simple like a thermostat problem or if the heating system itself needs repair. I’d rather deal with it now instead of waiting until it gets even colder. Has anyone here had this happen before and figured out what the cause was?

I had the same problem last winter when my heater not working properly made the cabin stay cold, so while looking for car air conditioner repair in Bristol I realized that shops handling climate systems can check both heating and cooling issues. They ended up inspecting the whole HVAC system, including coolant flow and the heater core, and explained what was causing the problem. In my case it turned out to be a small blockage that was stopping the heat from circulating properly. After they fixed it, the car warmed up normally again and the defroster worked much better.
